Prime Elements Obtains REDcert-EU Certification for Biofuel Feedstock Trading

Prime Elements GmbH has successfully obtained REDcert-EU certification for its biofuel feedstock activities, further strengthening the company’s certification framework for certified supply chains.
The new REDcert-EU certification complements Prime Elements’ existing ISCC EU certification. It reflects the continued development of the company’s internal processes for sustainability documentation, traceability and transaction control, and supports its ability to work with counterparties operating under different recognized certification schemes.
Under REDcert-EU, Prime Elements is certified for the scopes “collector of wastes/residues” (202) and “trader/supplier before the last interface” (501). A separate inspection certificate covers the company’s central office as a group of points of origin (104). The certificate annexes list fatty acids (FS) and waste and residues (AuR) within the applicable REDcert-EU categories.

Prime Elements continues to develop its biofuel feedstock business as a B2B supplier of waste- and residue-based materials relevant to European renewable fuel supply chains, combining physical sourcing and logistics execution with sustainability documentation and traceability appropriate to the certified scope of each transaction.
